SWTOR: stuck on Bery'l Bargain (smuggler story on taris)

Hello,

yesterday I arrived on Taris with my smuggler, and everything seemed fine in the beginning; Risha talked to me and the quest step updated to "meet Beryl Thorne".

Then I stepped into the docks, and the quest pointed me to an npc in there (agent Soganti); I clicked on him, dialogue triggered and the quest step updated to "Speak to agent Soganti".

Now i'm stuck on this step, because everytime I try to talk to him again, no dialogue triggers; I already tried relogging, resetting phases, shutting down the game completely, traveling back to Taris with my ship... nothing worked, and I can't neither abandon or reset the quest itself, so I'm completely stuck.

I filed a ticket in the game, but was wondering if there's any workaround for this, in the meantime?

Please, don't force me to delete a character and risking having the same bug again anyways...

Ok, this morning finally managed to make it work; the fun thing is, I did the exact same steps yesterday, but to no avail... I'm just glad it worked this time, was at my wit's end :D
Here's what I did:
- I stepped outside the docking area (the one marked by the green entrance, so to speak) into the spaceport proper, right clicked my character portraits, selcted the "Reset all local phases", and opened my quest log; finally had the reset not grayed out, so I clicked on it.
- Quest reverted to "Speak to Risha" (finally), so I entered my ship normally from inside the docking area and clicking on the hatch (NOT using my personal ship teleport... not sure if that was part of the issue, but anyways); the "leaving Taris" cutscene played out, and after that I was able to speak to Risha again (she gave me the task to meet Beryl).
- Exited my ship on Taris, clicking on the ship exit; dialogue with agent Soganti triggered right away this time and it played normally... now the step is on "meet with Beryl" again, and quest finally points me to her warehouse!

Thank you, but as stated, already tried that step (several times) ; it didn't work, dialogue doesn't trigger, risha on the ship just tells me "good luck captain" or "best if Beryl doesn't see me" in a one-liner (no other dialogue triggering), so firmly stuck there.

Just to be sure uou mention not able to reset the mission in your first post , have you managed to do that ok now ?

Worst case reset the mission on fleet , it can only be done outside of any instanced area
