when an account issue exists no gametime can be added to a swtor account from any source including codes and steam
good indication of an account issue is unable to purchase via swtor.com
for a steam purchase you will need to email uncropped screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message , however support cant add gametime either until the account issue is resolved
have flagged to check the account for issues, will post when they respond
To fix the account You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account wolfgrrl2 that account uses a slightly different gmail email to the swtor email address
use this link (insert the gmail email address used for wolfgrrl2 into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support will still need the screenshots to add the gametime after the account is fixed
If you dont have access to that email address for the EA account wolfgrrl2 call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email used on that EA account
