Swtor subscription confusion

After searching for a clear answer on forums and on the store page of swtor.com, I am still confused. The store page says clear : NOW LIVE: Knights of the Fallen Empire Expansion ; Includes Rise of the Hutt Cartel and Shadow of Revan expansions ; Free for all subscribers.

Several days ago I clicked a referral link of one of my friends and got a complimentary 7 day subscription.  I have done the solo flashpoints required for Shadow of Revan, but thats about it. The mission console on my ship is unusable : "Not eligible for this conversation" and if I try to go to Rishi, a window appears asking me to buy Shadow of Revan.

I understand that this complimentary subscription may not include any expansion but I want to get a clear answer : If I become a subscriber now, will I be able to play Shadow of Revan and Knights of the Fallen Empire ? Or do I have to buy the actual expansions ?
