@proxos666Thank you for the info!
To be entirely fair; credit cards using additional security is mandatory throughout the European Union. It feels very weird to me that SWTOR's payment provider wouldn't account for this.
Also, as a European, Paypal is pretty useless to me so I do not have or want an account. This makes it impossible to have a subscription.
Bonus: this card used to work fine before I took a long break.
Of course none of this can be fixed by you or support, but I do wish I had a way to put this message to someone who can decide on these things ;(
try removing and re-adding the card just in case it helps

Yeah, I was browsing your replies to others about resetting EA account's password. Turned out I'd used wrong email when I reset my password there. After I've used the correct one, the order went through. Thanks for your time.

Hello, apparently I have an issue saying that an error has occured with the payment, just as the othger stated above. Can't really say why, cause the cartel coins used to work just fine. My SWTOR id is MadMatrixx
Edit: I am using PayPal as payment method.

if you have an issue with coins, send an email to support@swtor.com and include the swtor account name so they can help further

Your linked EA account has been disabled , the email address used was the yahoo email on your swtor account
Use this link and enter the swtor email address , that should restore the account - 3 years ago
Thank you very much, now it worked. Didn't know they needed to have the same emails.
All the best to you!
