support see no account issue ( maybe the password reset fixed it ) , although they can see a failed payment , so remove and re-add the card details etc
If the code now says already redeemed email the code into support@swtor.com
when i checked they also could not see an email with your steam screenshots per the sticky listed in my previous post , let me know when sent and i can see if it arrived ok
HI there Seems this is the ONLY place to find help for these very DUMB issues. I have purchased the sub on Steam... didnt work. i have purchased it on SWTOR website... didnt work. Been charged twice. Please help. Ive never posted on a Forum before so i hope whoever needs to see this .. can. I hav seen what is required to get the steam one to go through... yet the SWTOR Coustomer support site "no longer exists|"? idk they redirected me to ea.help ... or such ....witch led me here... IM so freakin lost ... youd think theyd make it easy for people to PAY THEM MONEY. Anyway i care not for the 16 ive lost to steam gladly let that go the wayside. If i can get the Re-occuring one from SWTOR website to work thatd be great! Please advise. Idk if you need this but User name on SWTOR is Quervo.

Disreguard ..... not sure what happend But i got Disconnected and then couldnt log in for several minuets but once i was back in it Changed me to Sub Status. All the advice from the past here was Quite helpful though. Thanks!!

glad to hear your good, when you buy a subscription, if you are logged into the game, you do need to log out of the game fully and back in again to reflect the subscription on the game

Hi, I have been in the same issue. I Have renewed my subscription on steam but the game does not recongnized my subscription. I have been charged but nothing happend. I send an e-mail to [edit: email address removed] but they don't reply my e-mail. What else I should do? It was 2 days ago without any update to my account

HI, I too am having trouble getting subscriber access. I purchased a 60 day game time card on Steam Tuesday, but have not been able to access the game as a sub yet. I reached out to [edit: email address removed] on Tuesday June 20th with the 3 recommended Steam screenshots but have not heard anything from them. The email used is the one attached to this account and my swtor account. When I reached out to Steam support, they said I should have received an email with a game code from swtor, but I have not

i am trying to resub it just ended but i keep getting Purchase error i have already changed my ea password i have tried multiple browersers and cards

support have your email, but it appears you didnt provide the steam id screenshot needed per the sticky, so you need to send that in

Support cant see any email from you , ensure the email with the uncropped screenshots is sent using the email address you have used on the swtor account, plus include the swtor account name, and the attachments are under 4mb , let me know when you resend the email and i can recheck if they see it ok

support can see one failed transaction, but then the website issue occurred, so best to wait 24 hrs and retry, otherwise if linked to steam, steam purchase will work

Same issue, I purchased 60 days of game time on Steam never received a code from EA/origin. email with screenshots sent.

Support said the account has no issue
They also have your email in the queue for an agent, so just need to wait for their reply via email now
If this is a recurring subscription, you will need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased once the gametime that support adds ends

Thanks for your help. They said they've escalated it and it should be resolved soon, but still no game time added yet.

HEY @proxos666 thank you so much for your support my subscription was been activated and they give cartel coins corresponding by the many days of subscription I don't have my subscription activated. Have a awesome week.
