i am trying to resub it just ended but i keep getting Purchase error i have already changed my ea password i have tried multiple browersers and cards

support can see one failed transaction, but then the website issue occurred, so best to wait 24 hrs and retry, otherwise if linked to steam, steam purchase will work

Same issue, I purchased 60 days of game time on Steam never received a code from EA/origin. email with screenshots sent.

There is no code so you wont get one
what is your swtor displayname ? need this to check the account for issues

Support said the account has no issue
They also have your email in the queue for an agent, so just need to wait for their reply via email now
If this is a recurring subscription, you will need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased once the gametime that support adds ends

Thanks for your help. They said they've escalated it and it should be resolved soon, but still no game time added yet.

HEY @proxos666 thank you so much for your support my subscription was been activated and they give cartel coins corresponding by the many days of subscription I don't have my subscription activated. Have a awesome week.
