Swtor subscription shows as inactive after purchase

Bought 60 days of SWTOR subscription time and got an email saying my subscription was changed but it still shows as "Inactive" and and in game I am still preferred status. Need help please Swtor Nam...

    I will check with swtor support, response will be in about 6 hrs when they are online for the day

That likely needs to change to closed, will confirm with support in about 3 hrs when they are online
