Thank you for your help! I am letting you know that it now says "Closed" but my account subscription status still shows as inactive, and still preferred status in game
I will check with swtor support, response will be in about 6 hrs when they are online for the day

you should have subscriber status ingame now
Swtor support had to cancel the renewal of the subscription to fix the account, so when the gametime ends you will need to repurchase a subscription

where was the purchase made ? steam , swtor.com etc

- myron_vrstg1 year agoRising Newcomer@proxos666 please help me too, i have subscribed but did not get activated, when i want to contact anybody i get in a loop where i am sent to EA support back to steam support back to EA support etc.
