Swtor subscription shows as inactive after purchase

Bought 60 days of SWTOR subscription time and got an email saying my subscription was changed but it still shows as "Inactive" and and in game I am still preferred status. Need help please Swtor Nam...

    I will check with swtor support, response will be in about 6 hrs when they are online for the day

I'm having this same issue. I subscribed 2 days ago and I'm still not getting the subscriber benefits. Nobody's available at the call number either.

    swtor account displayname ? and where was the purchase made ? steam , swtor.com etc

    you should have subscriber status in game now 

    Swtor support can also see you made 2 purchases , do you want both purchases or do you want to refund one of them ?

      I'll keep both. Can this be avoided in the future? It seems like every time I come back to the game this same thing happens.
