I'm having this same issue. I subscribed 2 days ago and I'm still not getting the subscriber benefits. Nobody's available at the call number either.

Swtor support can also see you made 2 purchases , do you want both purchases or do you want to refund one of them ?- 1 year ago
I'll keep both. Can this be avoided in the future? It seems like every time I come back to the game this same thing happens.
