you are best to redo the screenshots , the size of the one you supplied makes them hard to visualise properly

ok they replied 9 hrs ago saying they still required the purchase history screenshot, i would presume they have asked you for this, so need to email that in

its about 10 hrs before swtor support are online here to check again, hopefully its resolved before then

The linked ea account has been disabled, that account used a Gmail email address ( this is a "different Gmail email" to what is used on the swtor account and the ea account your posting on now )
use this link (insert the correct Gmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account
this Gmail had to of been used on the swtor account previously
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.comif no access to that email call swtor support when the lines are open https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/48...

thank you for replying, I've changed the password on both accounts (EA and SWTOR), and yes it's the same email and always has been.
I've already emailed support the pictures and got a reply to call the help line but unfortunately I cannot do that.

the linked ea account is not the EA account your posting with now , and it does use a different gmail email to what you have used on the swtor account and the EA account your posting on now
When a swtor account is created a linked ea account is created using the same email address, that linkage is permanent, these accounts can both use different emails and passwords moving forward
If you do not know the Gmail email address used on the linked ea account, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open

Swtor support do have your screenshots but cannot add gametime until that ea account is active - 9 months ago
how is it possible? when i sent a password reset email on both the EA and SWTOR account, I got them on the same email account (the email of this account) which is the same as my paypal and steam

using the same email address on an ea account and swtor account does not create any linkage
you have another ea account and that account uses a different gmail email address
if you have no idea you need to call swtor support and put a new email address on that account to get it active, you are unable to purchase on swtor or add gametime from any source as that linked ea account needs to be active for your swtor account to purchase anything

No that is not the correct ea account , the linked ea account has the persona 568df80b66f7ddb7 which is a generic name given at the time the swtor account was created and was created with the same email address used to create the swtor account
- 9 months ago@proxos666 Well thanks for the help I guess, just lost 15$ subbing for nothing. It makes zero sense, sw account, paypal and steam all use the same email with the same phone number and always were, as I've been subbed before multiple times just not through steam. And resetting the password for both EA and SW account, screenshots of proof of purchase are not enough guess I've been had. I sure as hell won't be calling overseas as it will cost more than 3 - 4 months of subbing.

you are mistaken that the swtor account has always used the same email address as the ea account, using the same email later on accounts does not create a linkage
The linked ea account is automatically created when the swtor account is created and both are assigned the same email address as used to create the swtor account, this says that you used another gmail email address to create that swtor account
If you dont get the linked ea account sorted then no gametime can ever be added to that swtor account not even by swtor support
You can create a new swtor account, link that account to your current steam account and resend the screenshots in and the gametime can be added to the new swtor account - 9 months ago
Can you help me as well my steam and swtor are linked and I purchased cartel coins and 1 month of subscription. The subscription is active when I check Steam. When I go in-game the subscription is not active. Also when I check payment history on swtor website it tells me to contact support.

It will be Monday before i can check with swtor support here , but have put it on the list to check your account for issues
you can try putting the swtor email use this link and reset the password, as the linked ea account should use the email address used to create the swtor account
The phone lines are open on saturday if you want to call them during the hours open to fix the account issue, this will be needed before they can add the gametime to your swtor account

support have asked you to resend screenshots as per shown in the guide, the ones you sent got rejected
