SWTOR Unable to make any purchases on account

and yes if the account is disabled for purchasing steam and codes will fail to apply gametime to the account

Have already emailed the screenshots as listed. Swtor display name is AlgebraAlpaca. I'm not too sure how this account could be considered "disabled' as I last made a purchase in December of 2021.

try going to the purchase history in your swtor account , if you can do that the account is not disabled, also the linked EA account email will be on the top right of that page 

steam purchases can also fail if the accounts are not linked correctly prior to purchase

I made sure that steam had linked my swtor account before purchasing as i waited and played for about an hour or so as preferred until the achievements linked, so I'm sure that was not the issue. I am however able to access the purchase history for this account and the "Linked EA account" is just a jumble of letters and numbers ending with disabled.ea.com.

It means the linked EA account has been disabled and had its data wiped if you knew the email used on creation you could try resetting the password it can restore the account 

however if that email has been used elsewhere or your not sure , it is best to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can add an email address back to that ea account , it is needed for purchasing.

I have been trying to reset the password for the EA account I believe might be connected to my swtor account however after going through the process no email is appearing with a link to reset the password, I have done this twice for my other EA accounts already in case it was them to no avail. Is there no way to contact EA to change the linked account via email? Currently I am unable to make any calls due to my living situation.

You can try and open a case at help.ea.com for an "origin account" , however they may not be able to see the EA account , swtor support can see it only due to the account linkage 

if you know the email address used EA support maybe able to help , otherwise calling swtor support on monday is the only other option left 

edit: if you provide that disabled.ea.com email address they maybe able to fin it that way

Appreciate all the help given so far prox, but after a long talk with EA help I ended up getting nowhere. They said the account has been deleted and I dont think its possible to link another EA account to your swtor account. Seems like I'm stuck without subscriber.

I have provided proof of purchase of the time, I just don't see how hard it is to just add the time to my account, I am so limited without subscriber as majority of the credits I've accumulated over my 8 years of playing is now innaccessable.

If you call swtor support they can restore the linked EA account , i have found ea help are not very helpful with these cases as they cant see the account

edit: not even swtor support can add the gametime to that swtor account until the linked ea account is restored, its not a case they dont want to its that they simply cant do it.
