Delete any patch folder that exists when the launcher is closed and then delete the bitraider folder then start the launcher

At this point,  It also doesn't hurt to simply restart the PC if you haven't already 

i already deleted everything before i read you 2nd post its just restarted all aover again i hope it still wrks OOH I HAVE A NOTHER COMPUTER I DOWNLOADED SWTOR on a long time ago so i t still had the old patch when i try to login and click play it doesnt wrk do you know how to get new patch ccause i deleted all the old swtor files but nothing and i reinstalled it but nothing seemed to wrk i think i have a few of the swtor files but i dont know where they are i the play screen shows an androind with a blaster point ing at me im wondering how to get new patch for it plz help me

Try this repair utility (link) if that doesnt help will need to look at the logs to try and ascertain what is occurring for you

Just wanted to let you know, this worked. My Bitraider was disabled, and when I enabled it, and deleted the folder, it started to download on the next attempt. Just out of curiosity, why would it have disabled? I know I certainly don't remember turning anything off, or disabling anything?
