@Dafmeister The game does run on Windows 10 computers. I currently run the game on a Windows 10 machine and keep it up to date as far as patches, etc.
There is a thread that talks about installing and using the game in a Windows 10 machine here
I would review this guide and see it helps resolve the issue.
@Belgorad Thanks for the link, I'll give that process a try next time I have some free time (probably Wednesday). However, I'm not terribly optimistic - I upgraded to Windows 10 last autumn and the game was working well on 10 until my recent break, it's only in the last few weeks that something's happened to break it.
@proxos666 Ah... well, as I've updated Zonealarm since the last time I was able to play SWTOR, I think we may have a new lead suspect... Thanks for the heads-up.
Thought it maybe this, others have said to be sure to use the Cleaner tool provided on the Zone Alarm web site to fully remove the current version.
