Same Problem here. SWTOR Username : JoniPeponi. Purchased a 30 Day Subscription. Got the "Abonnement Changed" Mail. In my Account Data on SWTOR Homepage there are 29 Days of Subscription left until renewing. InGame there is no Subscription, only prefered Status. Money is gone. What should I do ??? Please Help - THX

Having an issue with getting my cartel coins I bought off the swotor website last night. Money has come out bank and got the confirmation email but no cartel coins in the market. Username is "Janysaee". My partner bought coins at the same time and didn't get them either.

A purchasing issue caused a widespread problem for anyone purchasing at the time
With coins they need to wait for the transaction to close in their system before they can add coins manuallysubmit either an ingame ticket (not a bug report) or email support@swtor.com from the email address you have put on the swtor account, be sure to include the swtor account name for good measure
this will likely take a day to sort out
