SWTOR won't launch after windows update

@proxos666 I've even already done a clean install of the game, even wiping the leftover registry entries after I deleted it the game still shows the same error then with the newest update, but works fine if I restore windows to the previous version. The problem must have something to do with windows itself since I don't know what other thing I can do with SWTOR aside from what I already did.
The only thing you can try with swtor itself is to switch patchers per this guide link but that is it
is it actually the launcher not appearing ? the launcher is based on the chromium framework if it helps other then that C++ installations ok ?
Same occurs in a new windows administrator account ?
When you go into reliability history are there any other error reports ?
