SWTOR won't launch in fullscreen

Hello,

I think I have a problem with running the game in fullscreen mode. Even though I selected fullscreen mode from the settings, I think the game runs in windowed fullscreen mode instead. There are some reasons why I suspect this:

• NVIDIA ShadowPlay, which requires fullscreen mode, is not working - the indicator doesn't show up.
• When I try game capture with Open Broadcaster Software, which again requires fullscreen mode, the recording window shows a black screen. But when I choose window capture, then the game shows up without problem in the recording window.

I also tried reinstalling SWTOR and NVIDIA graphics drivers, but nothing has changed. So I'm wondering if maybe there is a way to force the game to launch in fullscreen manually? My preferred recording software is NVIDIA ShadowPlay, so I'd really like to get it working again.
