SWTOR/EA support ignores my tickets, what to do?

Im trying to log in to SWTOR account via my steam client - Login and password is no problem, there is second password sent to my mail(that i don't have anymore) so i can't login  i hope they will ...

do you understand how ridiculous it is? That i use correct password and correct loging, and still can't play without calling some indian on the phone? And i can't even play with a new account via steam because of that.
