    Quick update -- was able to get the refund by talking to a much nicer and understanding Customer Support employee, who refunded me on BOTH of my purchases, despite the fact that the other employee that I spoke to last night said that I was ineligible for a refund on both purchases.

I used the number you provide on most posts , and they said that I was ineligible for refund on BOTH purchases because I logged into the game. I only logged into the game (character selection screen) when I purchased a subscriber offer, but not into the game itself. As for the cartel coins purchase, I don't understand why that is not refundable? Do you have a link that explains SWTOR's refund policy? If so, please do link it.
