Nothing out of place in the dxdiag , i think the issue with the network adapter for that link i provided was power saving issues it didn't change his ping timing either , was first i had heard that too
The NVidia control panel listed changes are worth trying to see any benefit
@proxos666 I keep SLI off for games like SWTOR, I only ever hear bad things about it. I've tried messing around with a lot of the Nvidia settings, I keep AA off in game since for some reason it just deletes VFX when it's on anything above medium which is also a popular issue.. I haven't messed around with low latency mode or Vsync as I usually just keep both off, will try those and see if there's hopefully any changes
with reshade go to the DX9 tab and checked the "Disable replacement with INTZ format" option in the ingame menu, issue over medium is a classic reshade issue

@proxos666 I've tried every Nvidia setting I possibly could at this point, I'm still experiencing lag drops down to below 30 fps in a full ops group simply fighting World bosses. My last attempt was just now, with shadows, AA, Bloom and Vsync off. My FPs was more stable, but not enough to even understand what the boss was even about to do because of how jump the frames were.
