[SWTOT] Did old account get deleted?

Hello, 

I played SWTOR one or two years ago and when i want to get my password now the email never comes. I know the email, where i found my display name. Plus i played with my gf the same time ago and she has no problem with resetting her password. So i wanted to ask you first because my english is not good for phone call (support).

    if it has been a day I don't think waiting any further is worthwhile , phoning will be the quickest way to resolve this

    The account wont be deleted, It is likely worthwhile giving some time to ensure the reset email doesn't arrive before resorting to phoning.

    Well i think it is almost a day i asked for new password. So do u think that i should wait a bit longer or call is my last option.
