@VictorSoares0007 (wall of text incoming) I hate to say it dude, but I don't think there's anything that CS can do to help you. If something has been bugged or broken since 2012, it is very unlikely that contacting the CS agents will get anything fixed - they are not the same thing as developers. I know there is a place where you can raise feedback and concerns with devs directly, but I imagine if something has been unchanged since 2012, there's probably a good reason for it. I haven't been in game for as many years as you so I can't say for sure!
Have you ever asked about it in a live stream? You might get a definitive answer - or at least somesort of explanation - if you do. Wish I could help, or that contacting CS would solve this, but I think that if you do call them up or send in a ticket on this, you will probs just be frustrated because they will say pretty much the same as I did.
Source: used to work in CS for a different company, was the unlucky agent who had to explain this to people a lot of the time. At least these guys have the Dev Tracker - there's a way to talk to the devs and get answers for a lot of things. Not all places do that!
