Terrible internet routing
Dear Electronic Arts Overlords, Please for the love of sanity or maybe insanity Contact your ISP and get them off of ZAYO's Network. Tracing route to 159.153.65.233 over a maximum of 30 hops 1 <1 ...
I dont see an issue ? to assist explaining what your seeing read this help link
The only hop that matters is the final destination. If you're happy with the latency and packet loss being seen at the final destination, then none of the other hops matter.
If you look at the png from pingplotter it shows 80-95% packet loss on 8 * * 67 ms ae2.cs3.ord2.us.eth.zayo.com [64.125.29.27] Overloaded/Dying router
which in game translates to a bunch of jumpy things happening mobs dying from comps killing them but me still fighting them. abilities half working after I press them 20 times. and overall wonky * game play.
you will also see 9 68 ms * 72 ms ae3.cs1.lga5.us.eth.zayo.com [64.125.29.208] Overloaded/Dying router is 50-90% packet loss also which just makes it a cascading problem.
and here is new png for ya.
I do not see an issue in any of the plots you provided , a cascading issue reflects on all hops moving forward, there isnt any
Have a read of the help guide i provided, one thing to note with ICMP packets , packets at a router are handled different to packets through a router.
you may be having issues in game but if this was done while playing , it isnt the cause.
edit - this help link may explain it a bit better
there is a known issue at present listed as below in the known issues sticky
may explain of some things you are seeing and is discussed recently in this link
Does the discussion at this link seem what you are experiencing ?

No I am talking about NPCs and players jumping around on screen. I can loot mobs before they are even dead on my screen because the comp kills them while I am still fighting them and if I click on them I get loot while still fighting them and then they suddenly just show up dead.
99.9999999999999% sure its because of the craptastic routers dropping packets.
three months (August) ago I was getting 20-40 ms latency.
Now (well since I came back in October) I get 73 ms latency with random spikes to 300 or 500 ms latency and then get the lovely 8000 to infinity latency and disconnects.
