The conversation don't Start.

Hi, my name is Eduardo, i'm from Colombia, so forgive me for my English. (I'm not suscriber.)

My character xSinatra, Sith Warrior, is about to end the Chapter 3: Declaration of War mission, but, when i'm going to talk with the Servant 1 in my holoterminal, the Servant 1 don't talk and i'm getting stuck in this mission because of that. Thank you.

    @SgtDixon101 Hello! 

    This issue happens a lot, especially on this quest at the Holoterminal. This is somehow related to your computer configuration. 

    What you can do: 

    • Try to low the graphics to the minimum for this sequence and untick all the added extra effects in the settings menu
    • If you have an another computer at home that can run the game (or even a trusted friend's computer), log in, load your character over there and pass the sequence. 
    • If you don't have all of that, you can write to the support at their email address for them to unlock your character's progression. I can't write any emails address, but you'll find it in this post for example. 

    They will be able to pass the sequence. the most common explanation for this issue is that it's related to your hardware / software compatibility and the game just won't work on this specific quest.

    Where is your ship located ? try flying to belsavis and try again. I have seen this mentioned previously as a possible solution

    @proxos666 @SgtDixon101 Oh true I forgot! 

    It's possible that if you go back to the fleet, then go to your ship by walking and don't use any teleport (I really insist on that), then if you travel to Belsavis, the sequence can start by itself. But it works for only one holoterminal issue.
