The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time.

I got back into SW:TOR after around two years of a hiatus, and I tried subscribing via Steam. It didn't work, and I found out that Steam doesn't like working properly, so I got a refund on the subscription. (60-day without re-bill). I went to subscribe on the website, and got met with two different errors. One that said my EA Account had an error that stopped purchases, and "The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time." I tried fixing it for hours, but have no idea what to do anymore. I reset passwords on both my SW:TOR account (MilesWalrider), my EA Account (SHD-Miles ; Current), and even tried purchasing a pre-paid card. I decided to turn here to try to get some help.

Anyone know a fix for this? I'm at wits end.

    To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona irradiateddoomed (not SHD-Miles your posting on now) "that EA account" uses a comcast.net email address

    use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
