There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account - Can't Sub
So I have an issue with my account that is preventing me from subscribing and after going back and fourth with support I don't know where to turn.
I logged a ticket and was told repeatedly to contact the support number however none of the lines I called were manned so that did not help..
I also confirmed the only email i have an EA account with is the one I am using.
I also logged into the EA account and reset the password as instructed.
After having the problem mentioned in the title I decided to install the game via Steam, log in and buy the subscription there however that also did not work and now I have purchased a subscription and yet received nothing..
I am hoping someone on here can help me as a last resort...

it will be Tuesday before a response due to holidays, alternatively you can call swtor support when the lines "are open" (Monday only English line is open due to holidays) and they can assist checking the account for issues
generally the common issue is that the linked ea account has been disabled and or its data has been wiped usually due to inactivity
no game time can be added , so if you try to buy on steam , steam will take your money but no gametime will appear on the swtor account , same for codes
