Hello, I have the same issue. I changed the password and tried to make a purchase in Chrome incognito mode and normal mode, but I still get the same error message. What further can be done?

Hello, unfortunately, I have also been going through the same issue. However, I contacted customer support and could not resolve the situation after attempting multiple times to reset the EA password and use different browsers. Ultimately I was told a ticket would be submitted for further inquiry for this. Then the person from customer support told me to attempt to purchase the subscription through steam. Still, I have read that buying the subscription through that method was risky as it has proven unreliable in the past and is not eligible for a refund. To conclude, I just wanted to ask if anything else can be done from the swtor site itself to purchase the subscription via those means as I have done before. Thank you. My account name is VIPERAKITA.

hello, i've purchased a code from amazon prior to seeing your reddit comment regarding not doing that...regardless i'm still also dealing with the sub i bought off steam not reflecting but i emailed the images needed to the email from another post. I'd just like to activate the amazon code. I've reset both my email and password but neither have alleviated the situation.

email the code into support@swtor.com if the code now says already used , otherwise if it just gets the have an ea account issue , wait for a further response here in the next 1 - 2 hrs

Swtor support said you need to call them when the lines are open to fix the account issue

Just incase i resent the email to ensure it was under 4mb and it was definitely and as proper attachments.(the last one was just copy and pasted images)
I'll call them when they're open.
