Support say the account is active, now they have also checked subscribing and are also getting the same error you are getting, so they have sent your account to studio for investigation as to the cause.
There is no time frame at this point, for now they recommend if you subscribe through steam it will work ok , one thing is be sure to install via steam and load a character fully before trying to subscribe

The linked EA account with the persona britvaboriss (not k77a1quiggif) is presently banned , you will need to open a ticket via help.ea.com for a banned EA/Origin account .
No game time can be added to the swtor account zapekankas until that is resolved.
As to the Steam purchase support do not have an email from the email on the swtor account regarding the steam purchase, and if they did have it they still cannot add the gametime until the EA account britvaboriss is unbanned.
was the email sent from the email on the swtor account , if yes then you are best to call as mentioned below
If you cant unban britvaboriss you are best to make a new swtor account, you will then need to call swtor support when the lines are open , and inform them of the new account name and upload the steam purchase screenshots to a ticket whilst still on the phone.

You should get an email from support asking to call when the lines open , the account issue you have can only get sorted over the phone

Support confirmed they have your email , however the issue you have with the account needs to be resolved over the phone
call support when the lines open, once the account issue is sorted they can add the steam game time to the account
