I have even signed in through Steam, and I aid a monthly subscription and it is still showing me in preferred status

Im having the same issue.

Ive tried all the other ways in this thread but nothing seems to work.

  Your account has been sent to studio for investigation
  
  at present you can subscribe via steam , just be sure the accounts are linked by playing a character via steam before purchasing a subscription
