at present you can subscribe via steam , just be sure the accounts are linked by playing a character via steam before purchasing a subscription

Your account has been sent to studio for further investigation ( there is no timeframe )
to subscribe if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

@proxos666 Hi there! I have the same problem. Tried different ways to solve the problem. (reset password, tried from a smartphone and another browser already) swtor username - xSALVADORx. I believe that the problem is that before I have changed my email

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist fixing the account issue you have
