Your account has been sent to studio for further investigation ( there is no timeframe )
to subscribe if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

@proxos666 Hi there! I have the same problem. Tried different ways to solve the problem. (reset password, tried from a smartphone and another browser already) swtor username - xSALVADORx. I believe that the problem is that before I have changed my email

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist fixing the account issue you have

@proxos666 oh, that's bad, I have no way to call right now (I am from Ukraine and can't buy a microphone right now, phone is broken) any chance to solve the problem without calling?

I'm having the same issue, I hope it's solvable without having to call support. I'm not about to spend a fortune just because EA can't muster the decency to have a user friendly support system. Please help, Proxos666, you are my only hope.

Hey I'm having a similar problem, I'm was just trying to add funds to my account but the verification email would not send to my email, so I reset my password and changed my email to a different email, now I'm getting this error message when I try to change it back to the old email or try to add funds. I just want to set my email back to my original but it doesn't seem to want to let me do that. (If I try to change my email back it just says it sent and email and my account has been updated, both untrue).
I'm hoping that I can get this resolved so I don't have to pay for international charges over long distance calls.

It seems the linked ea account with the persona revansixgaga is banned , that ea account needs to be unbanned to restore purchasing on that swtor account
given you have attempted to unban the account previously you may need to create a new swtor account to be able to purchase again
