to subscribe if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

I too have that same problem. And this isn´t the first time that I have dropped out of subscibe. But now I can´t find a way to correct that.
Also I can`t buy Cartel Coins.. Had made ticket in game, but answer didn´t help at all.. Still can´t buy CC😕

Support can see you have been having a billing issue since march, and they say it is not on their end.
recommend removing, re-adding the card , then wait 24 hours can also contact your card provider to be sure there isnt something they see on their side, or use a different payment method.
