Good day
The same issue here, need to subscribe and purchase some Cartel Coins, but just can't.
Don't think though, that EA doesn't want my cash or something 🙂
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.
Account name is: MebiusOrgana
Hope there is the way to solve the problem.
Thanks in advance!
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona trankvilon13 (not MebiusOrgana that your posting with now) that EA account uses a mail.ru email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

Support said there is an issue with the linked EA account , to fix it, you will need to call them when the lines open
- 5 years ago@proxos666 There is no ea account associated with the iloveben account. I tried says none exist.

Ho ! It is working now, i can sub, here how I did :
I went to the mailbox of the account creation mail (The first email with you created your account)
Then I go to ea.com and ask for a new password (forget password option)
I received an email to reset my password, I click it, then it is telling me to choose a display name, then I have access to the EA panel.
I go in my swtor account and it is working, no more red message, I can sub and I can redeem code.
