I have the same problem with my account. I tried all the possible solutions like changing my password, deleting cookies and using incognito mode etc. Still unable to subscribe.

I recently decided to come back to the game and suddenly I have the same problem with my account - which was never an issue before. I tried suggested solutions and nothing worked. Still unable to sub, redeem codes or even buy CCs.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona taebana (not Antanarivu that your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

I have the same problem, when I want to buy a subscription to SWTOR, it says.
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
