Hi,
I have the same problem, when I want to buy a subscription to SWTOR, it says.
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
I tried resetting the password (https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword), but it still says.
My SWTOR Username is AlchyCZE.

@proxos666 Hi, when I go to redeem a code I get prompted with:
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
Nothing seems to work, how can I get this fixed?

Thank you
