There's a chance I had a different gmail account at that time and I have no idea what it is. I'm not getting the reset notification in my current gmail so I know that it's not the correct one. Is there anything else I can do or do I need to call in at this point?

look in the swtor account at the purchase history page , in the top right will be the email of the linked ea account

call swtor support when the lines open , they can update the email on that account if need be
