To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abcea26m7emn84 (not mrgamerking456 your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I have returned to the game after quite a while break. and as i was trying to renew sub, code redemption etc. I got the same error as everyone else here. I have reset pw for my EA, although I originally created this back in 2013, so not sure if it was linked. but reset the email that is linked to the SWTOR account for EA. and tried opening incoginito window to load the page etc with no luck. My account is not linked to a steam account so I cant look at doing it through steam.

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

Cant subscribe i've tried everything.
My problem is that, i have a steam client that pays for a month of subscription and it keeps saying that i am free to play and the solutions that both (EA and Steam) give me have not worked for me, and since i gave up that money fot lost and now i want to do it from the official page off the game , i get the error above, i already reset the Origin/EA password and nothing reamins the same, any ideas? Thanks

Account is flagged for issues ( sounds like you have an account issue as no gametime can be added to an account when it is disabled )
As to the steam purchase email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message just note support cant add that gametime until the account issue is resolved
response will be in about 6 hrs when support are online for the day
