unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue

The only other thing you could do , is create a new swtor account , link it to steam and then resend your steam screenshots from the email address on the new swtor account

I am having the same issue as others in this topic. I've changed my SWTOR account password and EA password to match. Can't subscribe or purchase.
SWTOR account is Severitas.
The linked EA account to that swtor account , has been disabled and its data wiped , it would of used the PENGUIN-GEEK.ORG email address you used to create the swtor account
if you have access to that email address , you can use this link to reset the password , it should restore that ea account due to the reset.
if you do not have access to that PENGUIN-GEEK.ORG email address call swtor support when the lines are open and they can update the email used on the linked ea account for you

I am having the same issue as others in this topic. I've been unable to purchase subscription or cartel coins through the website.

So I used to subscribe. I thought I still was subscribed. Hadn't played the game in 6+ months. I go to resub and am told that Paypal won't work, and I can't use my credit card.... How Can I resub?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has No persona (not Lordfacrer your posting on now) that EA account uses a Gmail email address ( the Gmail used is not the Gmail on your swtor account)
I gather you used another gmail on that swtor account , it will be the email needed on the linked EA account
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
The problem is the EA account. You just have to reset the password for that and everything else falls into place.
