ty sir you have no idea how log i been try to get back on SWTOR i been try say about day and half try to get the patch working.
i have tryed everything, when i do all those things, the error report does not show anymore, but its not letting me pass either(play butten still transparent) i will make a call tomorrow, so i i can get a hotfix or something
In the game folder there is a log folder , can you attach the latest log file , they are dated files

It appears to be a communication issue , whilst I would suspect antivirus or firewall initially
Check this link first if this has no effect
Rather then muck around further if you follow this link the issue will be gone forever , just note this is a new game install.
