trooper story cant progess 2 story missions

for some reason i have 2 story missions for my trooper and cant progess because of it, i have both the inconspicuous valor mission and the return to duty missions. and for both i need to go to genera...

    i cant start or complete valor in any way. also with reseting  return to duty

I gather you have a ticket in at present , they are swamped at present , not that, that helps but ensure you have one in just in case they can help.

Sorry have go myself its 11:20pm here, hope you find a resolution
