I'm returning to the game after a long break. I'm trying to subscribe again, but the website keeps saying it can't verify my card info. I have triple checked my entry, so I know it's correct. I have tried regular debit card, cashapp card, and paypal, all with the same result. I called the bank, and they said there is no issue that would prevent an online bill pay, so what gives?

Yes I called the listed customer support phone #, and got an automated message that basically said "we don't support swtor over the phone." Is there a different number I can call?
Its a different account , an ea account was created using the email address used to create the swtor account
these accounts have separate emails and passwords as the linkage is permanent
Best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can put a new email on that linked ea account
(note i believe this can only occur once in the lifetime of the account)
Yes I found the details you are referring to, and it does indeed list my EA account email as an old, invalid email address. But, when I go to my EA account, it correctly lists my current email address. So why does my account email list not match up on the screenshot you posted?
Likely the details on the linked EA account, that is used for purchasing (maybe an old card is listed there) , the email on the EA account associated with the swtor can be partially viewed in the swtor account by clicking on the EA account button in myswtor
