I can't login to my account on swtor.com because the One-Time Password email never comes through. I've been trying for three days. In-game support told me to call that number but it's been busy every time I call for the past two days. It's so bizarre how difficult they are making it for me to give them money. 😞
If in a position to call the UK number as mentioned in this thread link (Note the times open though)
Hopefully they can get this US phone issue sorted for when they are meant to be available next
