Unable to Activate 8 Characters

I am a preferred status player and I'm having issues with the character select screen on the Harbinger server. I ought to be able to activate 8 characters as far as I know. I have 9 currently on the server and have activated 7 of them. However, two of them are grayed out and I cannot select either one for activation and it's showing that I have 8 characters activated when I only have seven.

I did recently delete a character after activating it, does the deleted character still count?

Sometimes a character can get double activated which causes this problem. CS can check your account if this is the issue.

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it. Calling customer support is probably more trouble than it's worth for me right now; but it's good to know what the problem is. I'll probably just hold on until I can buy some more game time and rectify it that way. Thanks again. 🙂
