hello good I need help my subscription purchased on Steam is not reflected in the game

You have an account issue that will require you to call swtor support on monday when the phone lines are open
So I tried to purchase a sub on the swtor website and it said it could not use my credit card at this time. Next I tried to use my paypal account and another error occured. I then purchased a time code off amazon and went to enter it, it had another error and told me to try again later, and when I did it said the code had already been used, and im assuming it was "used" when I got the error. I have tried to contact the support line but currently i'm overseas and I cant get on the support line for some reason.
