If your a subscriber you can create an in-game ticket to have it further looked into and see what can be done or what may be happening. If your not a subscriber, you can email your Display Name, Character Name and Server to support@swtor.com however due to the global crisis the current turn around time for a response is about 6 days as per this link here.

Hi @Belgorad ,
I sent an email to support team back in April, I got a reply back with some instructions to try and reset the mission, but unfortunately they didn't make the trick. I emailed back with more screenshots and details, but from there I never got any new reply back. I've tried to email again back with more information, I tried opening a new case from scratch, but it seems the support team is not responding via email since April. I'm guessing it's covid related or that they are low in resources.
Is there any other way I can contact someone to get help? It is not a good situation that I have my main character stuck in his mail story line, I'm unable to move it forward. ☹️ I would even be OK if I had to completely reset it and start from the beginning, I just wouldn't like to be unable to finish it at all..

Can you try emailing again and no need for attachments, Swtor CS last saw an email from you back in April so the others may have not got there due to the attachments

Thanks a lot, @proxos666, that´s a good tip. I didn´t think the attachments would be a problem. Just sent a new email without anything attached.
