Unable to delete character
Issue: I cannot DELETE a character. I've done everything I can think of. I've deleted every item from the mailbox, the inventory, sent all my credits to another character on this account, rebooted, logged out and back in. Character not part of a guild or guild leader. I have attempted the deletion from another PC as well.
When I go to the main character window at launch, I select the character, then click the "DELETE" button. Next, I enter DELETE in the window that asks for confirmation. Then I click the DELETE button. Nothing happens...the character is still there.
Customer service indicated that I had an item unclaimed in the Cartel Market. After checking the CM for unclaimed items, there was indeed a "New Comer" pack. After accepting it, I was able to delete the character. However, there was no notification that I had anything unclaimed in CM. Issue resolved.
