Unable to login

I log in to SWTOR and I tried to install it on my laptop and there it works fine, only in the main PC it reports this message. Once I have signed up for the unsuccessful but I will not let it happen even if I download the latest update.
(Sorry my English is not very good)

Do you use a firewall or virus protection on that computer? I wonder if the game is being blocked by another program and that is why it won't login.

    I tried to disable both firewall and antivirus, and yet it still works ☹️
    I checked antivirus and swtor in authorized applications as well as in firewall.

      I can't think of what else could cause this problem. Perhaps a more knowledgeable player such as @Belgorad or an EA community Manager such as @EA_Kat will know what to try next. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more.
