Unable to purchase Cartel coins

Hello, its me again.

Username Rebelphantum.
Error Code:9

Problem is as described in title, unable to purchase both in game and on SWTOR.com

My card worked for subscribing after posting a different problem here not more than 3 weeks ago, so I figured it would be good to go.

If I can get help for this, that would be great, and I have another question too: Would it be easier/possible to link my account to Steam so I could make purchases that way? or would these same problems persist?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Swtor see no account issue on their side, the purchase attempts are showing as declined by the bank

maybe try attaching that card to a paypal account and try that way, otherwise if you link the swtor account to steam that should work ok too

Proxos, you are a life saver man. transferred my stuff to steam, everything is working smoothly. Thank you so much man, I dont know what possess you to help us all with our problems, as a VOLUNTEER nonetheless, but more people like you need to exist in the world. mad respect.
