Unable to Redeem Cartel Coin Code

Hello, earlier tonight (May 28, 2017) I purchased a code for 2,400 cartel coins for Star Wars The Old Republic from Toys R Us. I went to the page on the back of the pre paid card - www.swtor.com/redeem-code.- to attach the coins to my account to use in the game; however I am  unable to redeem my coins. I put the numbers on the back of the card without spaces and with spaces with no change in response, I am still getting the message " The entered code is invalid. Please verify your card and try again." I still have both the receipt of purchase as well as the card itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
