Unable to reset password

Hello,

I can successfully request my SWTOR display name using my email address and I receive that email. However, when I request a password reset using that display name, the website says the reset email was sent, but I never receive it.

Password reset emails work for my other account/email, so the issue seems to affect this specific SWTOR account.

Please help me restore access to my account.
