Unable to Retrieve Server list for SWTOR

So i managed to download the game and everything and had already encountered previous problems trying to get the game to run. Then i finally managed to get that sorted out and get the game running but now when i get to the what im guessing is server/character select screen. It shows no servers and after awhile a thing will pop up with

Unable to retrieve server list. Please follow the help center link below for more information. If the problem persists, the game client will be closed.

But it doesn't show a link and I cant figure out what to do. I tried to troubleshoot it on the ea site and ended up doing a trace with the Ultima Online Trace Utility and i have that information after i ran the trace and did the packet thing. But I am at a complete loss of what is wrong. I have played many other games and been on many servers for said games, i have never once been not able to find the servers to play. below is the attached files from the Trace. The first one being my first check and the second being my second check. I don't know if it will matter for my problem but its part of what i have done so far.

It could be caused by either an antivirus or firewall blocking it.  Make sure that launcher.exe and swtor.exe are added to their safe list.  For certain anti-virus software, additional things may need to be done as per below:

    Source

    ESET - disable protocol filtering

Kaperskey - disable scan secure/encrypted connections

Nortons (firewall) exceptions needed to be set to Allow instead of Auto ( Auto blocked on occasion ... )

Another possibility is if the game shortcut , launcher.exe and swtor.exe had different compatibility modes applied no server list can be a result

Unfortunately, i have no idea how to do any of that. it was a pain to even get my game to fit my screen properly. I have some expired anti viruses but they dont work if their expired, right?

Some anti-virus may still be running even if expired since expired just means they aren't updated.  I would uninstall any anti-virus that is expired or your nor using.  You only need one and if you have several of them installed it maybe causing an issue.

Once you have uninstalled any extra anti-virus you don't need you can check again for the server list.  If it is still not there then please let us know which anti-virus you are using.
